1 at OM
Welcome to 1 at OM, our signature personal training program that will guide you towards achieving your fitness goals. We combine our OM for 1 format with a customized training program that you can do at home. With monthly 1-to-1 sessions that are tailored to your requirements and customized take-home training programs for use 3-5 times a week, 1 at OM is your go-to program for making lasting changes in your fitness journey.
Group Classes
Our Group Classes are the perfect way to stay fit and active, both physically and mentally. We offer a range of classes that are suitable for all abilities, including yoga and power latte. Our live, interactive classes will keep you motivated and focused, while our experienced coaches provide support and guidance every step of the way.
